Assalamuikum .
Jumpa lagi kat second part. Part 1 : Kursus Nikah dah settle. Sijil ni valid/ sah untuk seumur hidup anda dan tanpa tempoh tamat. Tetapi, HIV Test ni hanya sah diguna pakai selama 6 bulan sahaja. So, korang yang nak menikah tu, pastikan da tau tarikh kawin, baru pergi buat UJIAN HIV ni tau. kalau x, kena ulang balik. Sekarang ni banyak negeri mewajibkan kedua-dua pasangan melakukan HIV Test ni kecuali Sarawak dan Sabah. Tetapi, jika salah seorang pasangan dari negeri lain contohnya saya dari Perak, Bakal suami Selangor, , maka wajib lah saya buat jugak test ni disebabkan nanti pasangan saya memerlukan nombor rujukan borang HIV saya untuk di isi didalam borang nikah.
Cara-cara:-
1. Korang kena semak dahulu sama ada negeri korang ada menyediakan borang khusus untuk HIV atau tidak. Contohnya Kelantan dan Johor ada borang HIV tersendiri yang boleh didapati daripada laman web nikah masing2 atau pejabat agama. kalau negeri di bawah Sppim (Sistem Pengurusan Perkahwinan contohnya negeri sembilan, melaka, perlis, kedah, perak dan Kuala Lumpur, anda boleh gunakan borang HIV yang dibekalkan oleh klinik kesihatan kerajaan berharga RM1 sahaja. Calon dari Sabah dan Sarawak pun boleh guna borang HIV test yang general ni,
macam ni lah contoh borang HIV, tapi ni yang salinan diberi pada kita.
2. Korang boleh google mana2 klinik yang menyediakan HIV TEST ni dan boleh call untuk tanya slot yang mereka sediakan khas untuk buat ujian ni. Klinik kesihatan kerajaan saja tau. Swasta tidak dibenarkan.
Tak lama proses dia, walk in je. Tak perlu bawak ape-ape borang nikah atau sebagainya, just cakap saya nak buat HIV Test untuk Nikah. Dia akan tanya korang ada bawak borang HIV x yang diberi oleh pejabat agama. Korang jawab je xde sebab kena guna borang yang disediakan oleh klinik. Then, bayar seringgit dah. Tunggu nama korang kena panggil, dalam 15-20 minit gitu, dah siap semua proses ni.
3. Biasa Doktor tu akan cucuk je jari korang, satu dua titik darah dia pipet dan letak kat alat HIV Test ala-ala macam pregnancy kit. So lau keluar double line, maka jawabnya reaktif dan positif la korang ada HIV. So mintak-mintak la jawapannya satu line, non reaktif, negatif HIV yeahaaaa dah boleh kahwin 💗
4. Tu nombor rujukan ada kat atas borang. Nombor tu la penting untuk korang bagi pasangan korang untuk isi borang nikah secara online nanti :)

cara ni dah tak applicable utk 2022. saya sudah pergi klinik , even utk buat appointment, mesti ada borang hiv test yg kita download dlm website tu. seterusnya, kita bawak borang hiv test, if ada slot kosong, kita dah boleh buat test terus, sbb sekarang, first come first serve. In my case, saya pergi kk manjoi. utk kk lain, saya tak pasti. :)
